Jake Samuels, Co-Owner and Operations Director
Jake is our fearless leader, lifelong Cubs fan, and official bacon taster. His 20-year hospitality journey has taken him from wrangling goats on a restaurant rooftop in Wisconsin, to working at the happiest place on Earth to crafting bar programs and restaurant management. Jakes considers the guest experience priority number one. When he isn’t running the show, you’ll find him on the beach. Rest assured, tacos and tequila won’t be too far away.

Casey Grawien, Creative + Event Director
Casey’s passion is to build a business built on fun, creativity, and promoting community through local and sustainable food and events. Her favorite client is one that is eager to spoil their guests with exciting food and unique experiences. With more than 18 years of hospitality experience, she helps her clients achieve event excellence through amazing food, beautiful displays and plenty of cocktails.
